jil18 Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the jil18 platform — including but not limited to the website jil18.cam, any mobile-optimized version thereof, any games hosted thereon, and any customer support channels — you confirm your full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of jil18, regardless of whether you access the platform from Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or any other location within the Philippines or abroad, subject to applicable jurisdictional restrictions.

To be eligible to register and use jil18, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are accessing jil18 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jil18 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not been self-excluded or otherwise banned from jil18 or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.

jil18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jil18. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your jil18 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your relationship with jil18.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. jil18 will never ask you for your password via any channel. You agree to notify jil18 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat at [email protected].

jil18 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your allowing another person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

jil18 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be added or removed at jil18's discretion. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. jil18 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jil18 targets a 1–2 hour processing window for GCash withdrawals; however, actual processing times may vary depending on network conditions, verification requirements, and applicable banking hours. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day.

jil18 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under Philippine law.

jil18 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. jil18 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player is exploiting or abusing the bonus system.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period, after which the bonus and any winnings derived from it shall be forfeited;
• jil18 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and related winnings if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected;

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes. jil18 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jil18 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game shall be deemed void and will not be paid out.

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct:

• Register more than one account on jil18;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform, games, or payment systems;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity using jil18 as a vehicle;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by jil18;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse jil18 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Allow any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jil18 account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from jil18.cam without the prior written consent of jil18.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services provided therein, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption.

jil18 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jil18's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil18 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or network interruptions that may affect your gameplay experience or cause the loss of a wager in progress.

jil18 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account with jil18, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

jil18 does not sell personal data to third parties. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any unresolved disputes.

jil18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, other than publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Where required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, jil18 will provide advance notice of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using jil18 immediately and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of jil18 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
